Easter card...hmmm... I have to think about this a bit. The estate sale I attended Monday, yes I did say an Estate sale...finally yeah! it's Spring and they are starting! Anyway at the estate sale, I purchased a box of note cards (meaning a liquor box full of boxes of misc cards) for $3.00. I always purchase these boxes of unused stationary stuff when I find them at good prices. Why, you ask, when I make cards? Good question (unless you are my husband asking it cause then I am just gonna say-you never understand me!). I always purchase them because along with note cards you get envelopes and if you have priced envelopes you know that $3.00 does not buy many - and assorted sizes and colors too! So along with all these envelopes there are always cards and note cards which are of little use to me. I usually look thru them and then just stick them away somewhere to be dealt with later (later is here- any suggestions- please holler!). This cute duck pix was on one of the notes and I just knew it would make an adorable Easter thank you card so here it is- cut to about 3" and re purposed. I didn't have any great sayings for the outside (the only Easter saying I have is Easter Blessings- which I do not think fit the card very well) so decided to leave it sayingless and will just write on the inside. The Creative Card Crew challenge this week was an Easter card so I am going over to link it up to Mr Linky!

Such a beautiful card. A great image (what a lucky find), I love how you've used it. Adorable x
Awesome image. I love this idea and have done the same myself. No different, in my opinion, than using Crafty Secrets books of images, but much cheaper! Happy Easter!
