Phindy's Place Challenge

Isn't this little bunny the most adorable image! The image name is Cheep Cheep and she is a freebie over at Phindy's Place on PCP! She was offered in celebration of 200 members- and guess what? The challenge was to try something new. I did. It did not work as I hoped! But never one to give up - I finished the card and am showing you anyway. I like to experiment with little or no knowledge of the results (yes, this does spill over to my cooking too- much to my children's horror!). The new thing I tried was to use rock candy distress paint, over white ink, on the dp in hopes of embedding the sequins in it. Don't try it, it doesn't work well. Some stuck but most I had to re-glue using crystal effects. And the rock candy distress ink does not show in the photo, I know, and even in real life it doesn't show that well on this design paper. Chalk it all up to a lesson learned! On the positive side - the card is so cute and I am pleased with the final results!
Sometime remind me to share my handmade design paper with a salt finish......I told you I like to experiment.....
